These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions under which Team rifundrama (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides the video content distribution service "rifundrama" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), and define the rights and obligations between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Service. These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company in connection with the use of the Service.
These Terms are intended to establish the conditions for providing the Service and to clarify the rights and obligations between users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
These Terms apply to all matters related to the use of the Service between users and the Company.
The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings defined below:
refers to the smartphone or tablet application that provides the Service.
means a unique number assigned to each user to identify the user when using the Service.
refer to comics, novels, audio, and other content available for browsing or playback within the Service, including their electronic files.
refer to in-app virtual currency that can only be used within the rifundrama App to browse or play paid Works. Coins include:
refers to a mechanism by which users may access certain chapters without additional payment after waiting for a specified period or meeting other conditions determined by the Company.
refers to the period required before a chapter can be unlocked through the Wait-for-Free mechanism.
refers to the time period during which a chapter unlocked through Wait-for-Free can be viewed or played.
refers to the waiting state before Wait-for-Free can be used again.
By starting to use the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If a user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not use the Service.
In addition to these Terms, if individual terms and conditions apply within the Service, users shall also comply with such terms.
If a minor uses the Service, the minor must obtain the consent of a legal guardian (such as a parent or guardian). A minor who begins using the Service is deemed to have obtained such consent.
The Company may modify all or part of these Terms without obtaining prior consent from users. In such cases, the Company will notify users of the changes, the revised Terms, and the effective date through display within the Service or by other appropriate means.
The revised Terms shall become effective on the specified effective date.
Users who register an account may use all functions of the Service. Account registration is optional, and some functions of the Service may be used without registration.
Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering an account.
Users are responsible for properly managing their accounts to prevent unauthorized use. The Company may regard all actions performed using a registered account as actions of the user.
If the Company determines that any of the following applies, the Company may refuse, suspend, or delete the account registration (including re-registration), suspend the user's use of the Service, or take other measures deemed necessary. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage suffered by the user, and is not obligated to disclose the reason:
(1) The information provided by the user is false, inaccurate, or incomplete
(2) The user is required to obtain guardian consent but has not obtained it
(3) The user violates or has previously violated these Terms
(4) The Company determines there is a risk of the above situations
Registered users may delete their accounts at any time in accordance with procedures specified by the Company.
The Company may delete accounts that have not been logged into for more than one (1) year without prior notice.
Accounts belong exclusively to the registered user.
The Company shall strictly manage personal information obtained through the Service, as well as information related to cookies, usage records, and purchase records, in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights and other rights related to Works belong to the Company or the respective copyright holders and rights holders.
All intellectual property rights and other rights related to the Service (excluding Works) belong to the Company.
The Company grants users the right to browse or play Works only in the manner specified by the Company within the Service. This license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, and does not transfer ownership or other intellectual property rights.
Paid Works may be accessed by using the number of Coins set by the Company or through other payment methods specified by the Company.
Some Works or chapters may be available through Wait-for-Free. The availability, waiting time, viewing period, cooldown time, and other conditions shall be determined based on the information displayed in the App.
The Company may modify the conditions of Wait-for-Free or temporarily suspend the feature for operational needs or to prevent abuse.
Some Works may be available only for a limited period. The Company may change the availability period without prior notice and does not guarantee that Works will remain available until the final chapter.
Some Works may be available only within the rifundrama App.
Depending on the user's device, audio Works may not be available due to DRM (Digital Rights Management) restrictions.
Any use of Works other than browsing or playback (including reproduction, sale, distribution, retransmission, modification, transfer, or licensing) is prohibited.
The Company may stop providing certain Works without prior notice if:
- rights ownership is unclear or at risk
- legal disputes arise
- licensing agreements terminate
- provision becomes difficult due to rights holder issues
- other circumstances make continued provision difficult
When purchasing Paid Coins, users must pay the amount specified by the Company through the designated payment method. Except where required by law or upon termination of the Service, payments are non-refundable.
Payment methods within the Service are provided through in-app purchases or other methods specified by the Company. The Company does not issue receipts directly.
For iOS users, in-app purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Users must also comply with the payment terms agreed upon with the payment service provider.
The Company may change the pricing or payment methods for Works without prior notice.
Coins may only be used within the rifundrama App to access paid Works.
Paid Coins can be purchased in accordance with the amounts and methods specified by the Company.
Coins may not be lent, transferred, sold, or pledged to third parties.
Paid Coins do not expire; however, Gift Coins may have expiration dates.
Users may check their coin acquisition and usage records within the Service.
Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
Unused Coins will expire upon account deletion.
Coins may be transferred between devices after authentication, but Coins purchased on different operating systems may not be transferable.
Users must not engage in any of the following actions when using the Service. If the Company determines that such conduct has occurred, it may delete content, suspend the user's use of the Service, delete the account, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- violating laws or these Terms
- infringing intellectual property or other rights
- distributing violent, obscene, or discriminatory content
- harassment or defamation
- unauthorized commercial solicitation
- collecting personal data of others
- unauthorized system access or reverse engineering
- spreading false information
- any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company
The Company may display advertisements within the Service, including advertisements provided by third parties.
Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility and bear all consequences arising from their use.
Users are responsible for preparing necessary devices, communication services, and electricity costs required to use the Service.
Users must properly manage their User ID and account.
The Company may change or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such changes or termination.
The Company may contact users through the contact information registered in the user account, notifications within the Service, or other methods deemed appropriate.
Users may contact the Company via the inquiry form within the Service or other methods specified by the Company.
The Company does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of content provided in the Service.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from service defects, interruptions, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party actions.
If users suffer damages from the Service, the Company's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the Service, and only for direct damages actually incurred.
If the user violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim compensation.
Users may not transfer or assign their rights or status related to the use of the Service (including accounts) to third parties.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Users represent that they are not affiliated with organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.
If the Company determines that a user is associated with such forces, the Company may suspend service or delete the account without notice.
Team rifundrama
